Informação pública nº 428 Barra Velha, 17 de dezembro de 2015 Polícia Militar apreende veículos e aparelhos de som Durante operação de manutenção da ordem e garantia do sossego alheio no município de Barra Velha No dia 12 de dezembro de 2015, sábado, a partir das 23h00min, na Avenida Beira Mar (Praia Central e Praia do Tabuleiro), na Rua Dr. Armando Petrelli, centro e também na Boca da Barra do Rio Itapocú, policiais militares da companhia de Barra Velha, com o apoio de policiais militares da companhia de policiamento tático, cavalaria e do 17º Batalhão de Polícia Militar de Joinville, realizaram uma Operação de contenção, normalização, responsabilização e encaminhamento legal de infratores de perturbação do sossego alheio. Após monitoramento realizado pela Agência de Inteligência da Polícia Militar de Barra Velha, foi identificado que na Boca da Barra, iria ocorrer um grande encontro de som automotivo denominado “BARRA FEST CAR – A melhor balada automotiva a céu aberto”, o qual não tinha qualquer licença por parte das autoridades locais. A operação também teve a participação de outras instituições públicas como a FUNDEMA e o Conselho Tutelar. Após a operação varredura efetuada no local, bem como a apreensão dos aparelhos de som utilizados pelos infratores, foi instalado um Posto de Comando de Trânsito na saída do acesso daquele local, onde foram apreendidos vários veículos em situação irregular, CNH apreendidas, emissão de multas por diversos tipos infração de trânsito. Além de Termos Circunstanciados emitidos aos proprietários dos aparelhos de som, foi também dado voz de prisão a um homem por desacato. Informação pública nº 427 Barra Velha, 17 de dezembro de 2015 Prefeito assina convênio com Caixa Econômica Federal Recursos serão para aquisição de equipamentos O prefeito Claudemir Matias o Gerente Regional, Celso J. Strabel e a Gerente da agência de Barra Velha, Naira da Silva Flores, assinaram na tarde de ontem um contrato de repasse celebrado através da Caixa, entre o Ministério da Agricultura Pecuária e Abastecimento e a Prefeitura de Barra Velha. O convênio no valor total de R$ 100.000,00 (Cem mil reais), será da seguinte maneira, R$ 97.500,00 (Noventa e sete mil e quinhentos reais) de repasse da união e R$ 2.500,00 (Dois mil e quinhentos reais) de contrapartida do município. Os recursos totais serão aplicados na Secretaria de Agricultura, Pecuária e Pesca e investidos em aquisições de equipamentos para atendimento da população do município.
